Evidence Report

Fill in what you know. Your answers go straight into a print-ready, LA-ready document. You don't need to have tracked every day.

Describe your day in four parts — use whichever apply to your family & adjust time-slots as necessary. Leave blank anything that doesn't fit.

Core subjects — maths, literacy, anything structured. When does it happen? How long? What does it look like?

Project work, subject deep-dives, experiments, creative work. Structured or loose?

What does your child do when they choose? Reading, making, exploring, building — it counts.

Physical activity, social, community, real-world learning. Co-ops, clubs, outdoor time.

List the main subjects. Add as many rows as you need.

Notes from your records are ideal here. Your words go straight into the document as written.

If you use the KTS reading tracker, note titles read, writing completed, or any notable projects. Even a rough list is enough. ↗ Reading tracker

If you use a course or textbook, note what was covered or completed. Topics, chapters, or just your sense of where they got to.

History, geography, RE, PSHE. If you use a curriculum framework, describe the units covered — or just list the topics.

Topics, experiments, observations. Informal science counts too — nature study, cooking chemistry, outdoor investigation.

Art, music, drama, design, making. Describe what they produced or developed — portfolio pieces, performances, skills gained.

Languages, sport, anything that stands out. Real-world learning, independence, things you'd want an inspector to know about.

Tick what you actually have. Informal records count.
